Fritch Brothers Silversmiths (“we”, “us”) sells handmade sterling silver and gold jewelry at fritchbrothers.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or order from the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Order information. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, and the items you order.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Square and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
Account information. If you create an account, your login name, email address, and order history.
Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form, by email, or by telephone, including custom-work requests.
Technical and usage information. Your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, collected by our web host, by cookies that make the cart and checkout work, and by Google Analytics (see Cookies and analytics below).

How we use it

to process, ship, and support your order, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates;
to respond to your questions and custom-work requests;
to detect fraud and keep the site secure;
to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the store: Square and PayPal (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), Google (website analytics), our web hosting provider (Bluehost), and our email provider. They may use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
