Because all items hare handcrafted we do not offer returns, Only if there is a problem with the item not functioning as it should

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Items made to your specifications, engraved or personalized, or made to order for you are final sale, because they cannot be resold. If a custom piece arrives damaged or not as agreed, we will make it right.

Shipping

We ship free by ground within the United States. Return shipping for standard items is the customer’s responsibility; we recommend a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit. There will be shipping charges for international orders
